We then went on to purchase another house, both through Karen Harman, and have continued our association via the Holiday Rentals Department, who look after both our holiday homes.
We have found the staff at Zinc to be extremely professional and, most importantly, PATIENT when it comes to solving any client or owner issues. Holiday rentals can be very demanding and the agency needs to make decisions quickly and fairly for both parties, Zinc makes every effort to satisfy all requests. This can be very challenging when you are dealing with inclement weather and unreasonable clients, but we have never had an issue that couldn’t be resolved.
